Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify 2026 opportunities and threats
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly Future Forward briefs for executive stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
