Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities and threats for 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps spanning 3-5 years
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging business models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to track strategic initiatives and adapt approaches based on market feedback
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development pipelines
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, industry experts, and academic thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans that drove measurable growth
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
