Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership publications
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
- Manage relationships with academic research labs and venture capital partners
- Present strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and external forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, climate tech, or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
