Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ scenarios with quantifiable impact metrics

- Build and lead cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier journals
- Advance Horizon's proprietary foresight methodologies through continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE analysis)
