Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership reports on technological convergence and societal shifts
- Advolve clients on emerging risks and opportunities in next-generation markets
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-powered trend analysis tools
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in transformational projects
