What you'll do: Conduct cutting-edge research across biotech, AI ethics, climate adaptation, and quantum computing; develop scenario-planning frameworks; produce executive-level strategic briefings; and pioneer our proprietary FutureSight methodology. This hybrid position offers unparalleled impact at the intersection of technology and human progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and facilitate C-level foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Develop quantitative/qualitative scenario models for 2026-2030 market shifts
- Produce monthly FutureTrend Briefs distributed to 50,000+ industry leaders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Tech Review
- Build and mentor a global network of 200+ futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising boards on systemic risk and black swan events
