Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports analyzing emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future-state requirements
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking future-readiness metrics
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market hypotheses
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience building future-proofing programs for Fortune 500 organizations
