Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and disruptive trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision and execution priorities
- Quantify future scenarios and build data-driven strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and thought leaders
- Present future strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, economics, or futures studies
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or AI-driven industries preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) highly desirable
