Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for long-term trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and risk assessment frameworks
