Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure focusing on Agentic AI workflows and multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs).
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reasoning capabilities for autonomous agents.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and MLOps pipeline for proprietary AI models in cloud environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are aligned with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with product leadership to define technical roadmaps that align with our 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks is required.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate them into elegant, efficient technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
