- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough developments
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and competitive intelligence
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (portfolio required)
- Experience with AI/ML ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology foresight highly desirable
