Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging tech adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Present future-facing insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce quarterly trend reports and strategic roadmaps
- Advise on risk mitigation for emerging tech vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
