Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight reports analyzing technological, economic, and societal trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design and maintain horizon-scanning systems for early trend detection
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
