Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience leading high-impact strategy projects with Fortune 500 clients
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state frameworks implemented at scale
