Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) to predict market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario briefings for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR, CFP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
