Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce actionable insights through quantitative/qualitative research and data modeling
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused innovations aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech/economic indicators to refine future-proofing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or similar role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foreship (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
