Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI and Machine Learning integration, ensuring long-term scalability and innovation.
- Architect Enterprise Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of complex AI architectures that drive business value and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and nurture a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the AI landscape.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the technical budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for research and development.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic management role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business narratives for C-suite executives.
