Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term strategic vision for Chronos Dynamics leading up to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, Product, and Marketing to align on yearly milestones.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological disruptions to inform product roadmaps.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for high-impact projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and agility within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or initiatives targeting a specific future timeline.
- Strong expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, SpaceTech, or BioTech).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear narratives.
