Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026's high-stakes computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction mechanisms for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical quantum processors
- Author whitepapers and patents for quantum algorithms with commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and computational complexity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical optimization frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and applications
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business solutions
