Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Lead a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into market-defining features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy in high-growth environments.
- Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
