Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the architectural vision for integrating AI and quantum computing capabilities into our core product suite by 2026.
- System Design: Design resilient, high-throughput systems capable of handling the computational load of next-gen neural networks and quantum simulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous assessments of emerging quantum hardware and AI algorithms to determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic value propositions for C-level executives and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard quantum-resistant cryptography and sensitive AI data.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
