Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of the 2026 Core platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 architecture, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and system audits to ensure best practices are followed.
- Identify potential risks in system design and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
