Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring our architecture aligns with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and high-performance microservices and cloud architectures capable of handling massive scale.
- Cloud Infrastructure Mastery: Spearhead the migration and optimization of our infrastructure on major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), focusing on security and cost-efficiency.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our stack to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining long-term technology strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
