Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive macro-economic and technology trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats relevant to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and maintain the 5-year strategic roadmap, translating high-level visions into actionable, executable plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align diverse teams on long-term goals.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to determine their viability for Nexus Future Labs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term initiatives and adjust strategies based on data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Studies is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within the technology sector.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, digital transformation strategies, and future-proofing business models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and influencing C-suite executives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
