What you'll do:
- Architect and optimize large-scale generative models for production readiness.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid AI models.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal learning.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying high-traffic AI applications.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning and alignment techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI model development from concept to deployment.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Design robust evaluation pipelines to ensure model accuracy and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers within the AI team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including Multimodal and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
