Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks and merchandise efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) preferred but not always required.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (e.g., warehouse temperature control).
