Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to manage inventory and track stock levels.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders and merchandise condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
