Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and according to protocols.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
