Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs to support high traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt in existing codebases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on the Full Stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements to business goals.
