Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers to define and build new product features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code using modern development frameworks.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Engage in continuous technical skill development through our dedicated 2026 graduate training curriculum.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a continuous growth mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
