Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and maintain the highest standards of code quality and security.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex system bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Engage in our comprehensive 2026 rotational training program to gain broad exposure across different engineering pods.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a relentless growth mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Prior software engineering internship experience or significant personal/open-source projects are highly preferred.
