- Technical Leadership: Lead complex site audits and migration projects, ensuring architecture supports semantic crawling and indexing.
- Data & Analytics: Build custom dashboards using Python/R to track organic performance and forecast traffic trends.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop topical authority strategies that rank for high-intent, long-tail queries.
- Team Mentorship: Train junior SEOs on emerging tools and best practices for the evolving search ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive SEO experience, with a history of adapting to major algorithm updates (e.g., Google SGE, BERT).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Python/R for data analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and schema markup.
