- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 'Future of [Industry]' roadmap, aligning product development with long-term vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) into current workflows.
- Pitch strategic initiatives to stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-budget R&D projects.
- Monitor competitive landscapes globally to identify early warning signals of market disruption.
- Lead workshops and think-tanks to foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully launching strategic initiatives that anticipated market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies.
