Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct comprehensive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) expected to mature by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns business objectives with future technological trends.
- Prototype & Iterate: Design and prototype experimental solutions to validate concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or future technology strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade and guide cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of adapting to rapid technological changes and ambiguity.
