Your Role
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing robust, secure, and scalable systems that power our immersive digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless experiences.
Responsibilities
- System Design: Design high-level architecture for blockchain-based applications, decentralized networks, and metaverse environments.
- Smart Contract Development: Develop, audit, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Spatial Computing: Integrate 3D rendering engines (Three.js, React Three Fiber) with blockchain data layers for immersive web experiences.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing coding standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving Web3 regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize node performance, transaction speeds, and memory usage for large-scale decentralized networks.
- Protocol Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technical roadmap for future protocol upgrades and interoperability standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years specifically in Web3, Blockchain, or Distributed Systems.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or TypeScript. Experience with EVM and Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
- 3D Graphics: Strong understanding of WebGL, OpenGL, or DirectX, with hands-on experience building 3D web applications.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and a passion for the future of the web.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
