Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing) to integrate into our core stack.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and design teams to deliver cutting-edge user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale system migrations and architectural overhauls.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments in the United States.
