- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, product, security) to integrate cutting-edge AI features into our core product suite.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, deployment pipelines, and automated monitoring.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI standards across all project deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of neural network structures.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with graph databases or time-series forecasting is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
