Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Design and maintain a scalable, consistent design system that ensures brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into stunning user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous design improvement and feedback.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech-forward environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of design thinking principles and human-centered design methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
