Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for digital transformation initiatives with multi-year ROI projections
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubators for next-gen solutions with $5M+ budgets
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Coordinate global research partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
- Executive presence with 50+ keynote presentations
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
