Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends, technologies, and paradigm shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 vision and implementation pathways
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through advanced modeling and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with demonstrated future-thinking impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy domains
