Responsibilities

- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent brand experiences
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and capabilities
- Certification in UX Design or related field preferred
