Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor threat detection systems
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages and escalations
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during major system deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support with Windows Server environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or CCNA certification required
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Proven experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts for emergency response
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers and monitoring tools
