Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Resolve critical IT incidents within SLA targets
- Deploy and configure workstations across Sacramento offices
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Critical thinking and rapid problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
