- Candidate Experience: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and engaging experience for every candidate.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze labor market trends to advise hiring managers on compensation strategies and talent availability.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product leadership to define hiring needs and build diverse, high-performing teams.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes using data-driven insights to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on Software Engineering or Data Science.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack requirements.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in Boolean search, ATS systems (Greenhouse/Workday), and social recruiting platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and technical leads.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving tech environment with a focus on future technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
