Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and market trends.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives to pioneer next-generation algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex AI concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams to drive buy-in and adoption.
- Integration & Deployment: Lead the integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems, ensuring scalability and security.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI development is ethical, transparent, and compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
