Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-era AI workloads and autonomous agents.
- Lead the migration strategies to quantum-resistant cryptographic standards and edge computing architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with emerging global data regulations.
- Develop roadmaps for technology adoption that align with the company's 5-year vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning operations (MLOps), distributed systems, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go for infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with futuristic technologies such as Neural Interfaces or Advanced Edge AI is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
