Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to high-growth technical roles in futuristic sectors.
- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, social, networking) to identify passive candidates in AI, Quantum, and Space Tech.
- Technical Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical and cultural interviews to assess candidate fit for complex engineering challenges.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation and job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand evolving business needs.
- Employer Branding: Optimize job descriptions and promote NexGen's vision to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the AI, Software Engineering, or Emerging Tech space.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Blockchain, Quantum).
- Network: Strong network within the tech community, specifically in the San Francisco Bay Area and remote tech hubs.
- Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (HireEZ, Sourcer, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to new recruiting technologies and methodologies.
