Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning business goals with technical innovation.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to drive product evolution.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum, GenAI) for potential integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
