Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural networks designed for 2026 scalability.
- Lead the fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using advanced quantization techniques.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous data privacy and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with Generative AI, Transformers, and Computer Vision technologies.
