Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (Boolean, social recruiting, networking) to identify passive candidates for 2026 roles.
- Full-Cycle Management: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial pipeline generation and screening to negotiation, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Client Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding their technical needs and culture to ensure a perfect cultural fit.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition technologies to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Employer Branding: Represent Nexus Horizon at industry events and on social platforms to attract top-tier talent to the brand.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the Software Engineering or Information Technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical role requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
